Orders & Shipping
When will my order be processed?
We need 2-3 business days to prepare your order for shipping. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it’s on its way.
Please remember: we don’t ship to hotels, vacation rentals, or PO boxes. A physical address is required.
Can I modify, cancel, or update my order?
You can make changes within the first 24 hours after placing your order. Once 24 hours have passed, we won’t be able to make any adjustments (this includes cancelling the order, changing shipping/billing details, updating the shipping method, applying a promo code, or altering any items in the order).
If I’m in the U.S., when can I expect my order to arrive?
After shipment, delivery generally takes 1-5 business days, although delays by the carrier may occur.
Please keep in mind: We don’t ship or deliver over weekends, and some orders may need a signature. Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be shipped out the next Monday.
For expedited shipping, 2-day or overnight orders need to be placed before 12:30 PM PST to ship the same business day. Expedited orders made after 12:30 PM PST will be shipped the following business day, with delivery from Monday to Friday. There are no expedited weekend delivery options.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
We’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier, who will conduct an investigation that may take 5-8 days. Afterward, we’ll decide whether to resend the package or offer a refund.
Please note: If an incorrect address was provided and the package was delivered, we are not responsible.
If I’m an international customer, how long will delivery take?
Our team asks for 1-7 business days to fulfill packages. After shipment, international delivery typically takes 1-5 business days. Carrier delays may occur, and international packages may incur taxes imposed by local governments.

Returns & Exchanges
Need to exchange an item due to sizing issues?
No problem! There’s no restocking fee for exchanges on full-priced items.
To qualify for an exchange, bikinis must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with no signs of use (such as deodorant, cosmetic stains, or perfumes), and must include all original tags and packaging. The hygienic liner should remain intact and unremoved.
Shipping your exchange:
You’re welcome to ship the item back yourself. Be sure to use signature-required delivery, and we recommend choosing a service with tracking and insurance for added protection.
For U.S. exchanges, we charge $12.99 for the return shipping label to send the new item back to you.
Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
For U.S. Customers: What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns for store credit as long as the item is in its original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with all tags and liners attached. Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your package. Store credit will be processed within 7 business days of the returned package’s arrival.
There is a $10 restocking fee per order, which will be deducted from your store credit.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including any issues with sizing or fit.
For International Customers: What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund to the original payment method, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and unaltered, with all tags and liners intact. Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your package, and refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the returned package’s arrival. Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for return postage. We also deduct a $10 restocking fee per order from the refund.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
- Enter your order number and email/phone number.
- Choose the items you’d like to return.
- Select your reason for returning.
- Choose whether to ship the items back yourself or request a shipping label (for an additional $12.99 in the U.S.).
- Submit your return request.
Your request will be reviewed, and approval along with the return shipping address and RA# will be provided within 3-5 business days. Ensure the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of your return package, as we cannot process returns without it. Missing the RA# may cause delays in receiving store credit.
What’s your policy on sale items or discounted orders?
Items purchased at discounted prices or on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you applied a discount code to a full-priced item, it won’t be considered final sale unless the discount code was specified as such.
No exceptions will be made.
Can I reuse a discount code if I return my order?
Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be reissued for a new purchase.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, we charge a $10 restocking fee for all returns, deducted from your store credit.
Can I use my own shipping label for returns?
For U.S. orders: Yes, you can return the package yourself, but make sure to choose a service with signature confirmation as proof of delivery.
For international orders: Use a trackable and registered shipping service. We cannot be held liable for returns lost during transit. Signature confirmation is required as proof of return.
Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

Treat your bikini like lingerie:
- Hand wash in cold water after each use, using a mild or swimwear-specific detergent.
- Never machine wash or dry. Lay flat in the shade to dry.
- Avoid oils, lotions, and rough surfaces to prevent damage.
